As many Hampy-Pampy products are handcrafted and customized, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.
Eligible Cases
Returns or replacements may be approved if:
- The product arrives damaged.
- The wrong item is delivered.
- The item contains a manufacturing defect.
- The product differs significantly from the description shown on our website.
Reporting an Issue
- Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos, videos, and order details may be required for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized Hampers
- Personalized Gifts
- Customized Candles
- Printed Polaroids
- Personalized Jewellery Cards
- Sale or Clearance Items
- Gift Cards
- Digital Products
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at checkout.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Hampy-Pampy.
Replacement Policy
Where applicable, Hampy-Pampy may provide a replacement instead of a refund based on product availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
- Once production, customization, packaging, or dispatch has begun, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- Personalized and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
